Painting in tight quarters requires a lot of rolling and careful spraying. These homes are tall and narrow with a lot of high elevations that require careful ladder work. We used a very popular dark wood stain to change the doors from an oak to a more modern Espresso color, it really updates the look of the place.
We also worked to coordinate with another contractor who was installing their new basketball hoop at the same time we were working. This is not uncommon and we work well with other outside contractors. Of course the wood patio cover was painted as well to complete the overall effect.
