We did an exterior repaint to this Mid-century modern home in Long Beach near Bellflower and Atherton. Before painting this home we did extensive re-stucco of water-damaged areas of the walls as well as filling, priming and painting the fascia boards. The orange door as a contrast was the clients idea and looks great.
The former color of the house was blue and did not work nearly as well as the palette of gray colored paint that they chose. There seems to be a real trend in fixing these Mid-Century homes up and decorating them with Mid-Century Modern furniture as well.
