What are the pre-painting repairs that we do?
We do a lot of stucco repair. In homes, we see the majority of exterior damage in areas that are exposed to water most frequently.
Most often, these areas are in close proximity to planters and patios. Because those areas are being watered and washed off more than others, the exterior paint on the home can start to break down, leaving stucco especially exposed to mold and other water damage.
Repairs of that nature are common for us with various materials and have become an integral part of our procedure on any home exterior preparation prior to painting.
