Original beach house at least 50 year old building in West Newport around 54th St. The owner wanted to fix up the damaged drywall and plaster walls, repaint the kitchen cabinetry and repaint the exterior in similar colors.
The interior took extensive renovation of the plaster owning to a leaky roof. We worked in the kitchen, bedroom and the living room patching the old plaster using drywall materials. We painted all of the cabinets in the kitchen as well.
We are experienced with repairing plaster walls but completely fixing the water leakage problem is essential to having the work and walls stay nice. Find yourself an excellent roofer and plumber to insure that these things are taken care of professionally. We can recommend both plumbers and roofers if you need them.
This job took an enormous amount of paint stripping, we removed a huge amount of peeling paint, sanded, primed and painted the entire exterior and the upper level of the interior. The lower level was an income rental property that had been refinished earlier.
